Jodi Maron Barth, PT, CCI, is a co-founder of The Center for Facial Recovery and The Foundation for Facial Recovery. She is one of the few recognized facial palsy therapists in the United States. With over 40 years of experience in outpatient rehabilitation, Jodi is a licensed physical therapist specialized in facial palsy.
She has co-authored multiple research articles in the field of facial palsy and a book titled Fix My Face: Expert Advice for Maximizing Recovery from Bell’s Palsy, Ramsay Hunt Syndrome, and Other Causes of Facial Nerve Paralysis. Jodi is also the co-creator of the Mirror Book™ and the Face2Face™ app, and she is currently developing Synkineedling™, a treatment technique aimed at reducing facial neuromuscular synkinesis.
Jodi has spoken both nationally and internationally about facial palsy. Notably, she has presented at the International Facial Nerve Symposium, where she was awarded the best paper award at the most recent conference.
